A.A Milne's 1926 book Winnie-the-Pooh is the first volume of stories about a teddy named Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends Eeyore, Piglet, Owl and Rabbit. The book focuses on the adventures Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends have. Later on in the book, another of Pooh bear's friends Kanga and her son Roo are introduced. In the later sequal's we meet Tigger, a bubbly bouncy character who partakes in later adventures with Winnie-the-Pooh and the rest of the gang.
