A perfect bed time read for children ages 4+. The Tale of Peter Rabbit is both written and charmingly illustrated by Beatrix Potter and follows the mischievous and disobedient young Peter Rabbit as he is chased around the garden of Mr McGregor. The beautiful pictures are what really makes this book as they are lovely for both children and adults to look at.
