I am a vibrant chicken, I like to run and play, I love being outside, in the sunshine and getting my own way.

I spend my days laying eggs for people to enjoy and eat, this hard life I cannot suffice and there’s no way I can cheat.

We chickens sometimes wish we could move and flap our wings to fly, we never know where the other birds go when we look up into the sky.

We dream of flying near and far, to see the world a new, what fascinating things would we get to see and what would we get to do.

We are very friendly animals, although we seem not tame, you’ll find we’re actually quite unique and we never act the same. 

Grass is our most favourite thing to feel between our feet, and when we’re not laying eggs we like chicken feed to eat.

Next time you shall see us we will hopefully be in the sun, roaming around on the grass, enjoying an outdoor run.

We chickens are rather clever, although you may not see, we are like all animals and enjoy being wild and free.
